1. Orders & Payments
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
CircleRig reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel orders when necessary.
Orders may be confirmed by phone or through the contact information provided by the customer.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver orders across Egypt.
Delivery time and shipping fees depend on the customer’s location, order size, product availability, and the shipping provider.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather, shipping company delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be made within the applicable period communicated by CircleRig at the time of purchase.
Products must generally be returned in their original condition, with their original packaging, accessories, and included items.
Returned products may be inspected before a return or exchange is approved.
Products damaged through misuse, accidents, liquid damage, unauthorized repair, modification, or improper handling may not be eligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable law.
Some products may be non-returnable due to their nature or specific purchase conditions.
4. Refunds
Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method and applicable payment provider procedures.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or incorrectly supplied product, subject to the applicable policy and law.
5. Used & Pre-Owned Products
Used or pre-owned products may have normal signs of previous use.
The condition, accessories, shutter count, warranty, and other relevant details will be stated in the product description or communicated before purchase where applicable.
6. Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by product and condition.
Warranty does not generally cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear, subject to the applicable warranty terms and Egyptian law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability are accurate.
Manufacturer specifications and product availability may change without prior notice.
8. Privacy
We collect customer information only as reasonably necessary to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, process payments, and improve our services.
We do not sell customers’ personal information to third parties.
